• HullFinder reserves the right to remove any listing at any time without notice.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before purchasing any vessel.
• We strongly recommend an independent marine survey before completing any purchase.
• HullFinder is not responsible for the accuracy of any listing or the outcome of any transaction.

5. AI-Generated Content

HullFinder uses AI to generate risk assessments, inspection checklists, and boat valuations. These are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Always consult a qualified marine surveyor before purchasing a vessel. AI assessments may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon exclusively.

6. Prohibited Use

• You may not use HullFinder for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute listing data without permission.
• You may not post spam, fake listings, or harass other users.
• You may not attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees (when applicable).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

HullFinder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of listings, or the outcome of any transaction facilitated through the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability
